1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days for processing and 5 to 8 business days for delivery, provided that you ordered before 12:00 PM. If these timeframes are exceeded, please contact our customer service team.
2. Where can I find my tracking code (Track & Trace)?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code by email. Check your spam folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take a short time for the tracking link to become active.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number sent by email. Enter it on our tracking page at Couwad.com/ParcelPanel to check the status of your delivery.
4. I am not satisfied with my package
